Descaling
For the Steam Cleaner to work correctly, it should be kept free of limescale or magnesium
incrustations caused by the use of hard water.
If the steam reduces or stops the most likely cause is a build-up of limescale, even if you do not live
in a hard water area, we recommend descaling the Steam Cleaner every 15-25 uses. The frequency
of limescale removal depends upon the hardness of your tap water and how often you use the
Steam Cleaner.

Check that the Steam Cleaner has cooled down.
●
Open the safety valve. Make sure the Steam Cleaner is completely depressurized before
opening.
●
Add one or two tablespoons of white vinegar to a full water tank.
●
Close the water tank with the safe valve and shake the contents. DO NOT TURN THE STEAM
CLEANER ON. Let the device sit for a few hours
●
Shake vigorously and empty the water tank. Refill with clean water and empty until it rinses
clear.
●
If necessary, repeat the operation.

Machine wash the cloth after use at 30 degrees.
●
Do not bleach.
●
Do not use fabric softener.
●
Do not tumble dry.
