Inhoud van de software
De software in dit product bestaat uit meerdere software-
onderdelen waarvan het afzonderlijke auteursrecht berust bij
SHARP of bij derden.
Software die is ontwikkeld door SHARP en
opensourcesoftware
Het auteursrecht voor de software-onderdelen en de
verschillende documenten die bij dit product zijn meegeleverd
en die zijn ontwikkeld door SHARP, is het eigendom van
SHARP en wordt beschermd door de wet op het auteursrecht,
internationale verdragen en andere toepasselijke wetgeving.
Dit product maakt tevens gebruik van software die gratis
wordt verspreid en van software-onderdelen waarvan het
auteursrecht berust bij derden. Hieronder vallen ook software-
onderdelen waarop een GNU General Public License (hierna
GPL), GNU Lesser General Public License (hierna LGPL) of
andere licentieovereenkomst van toepassing is.
Verkrijgbaarheid van broncode
Van sommige licentieverleners van opensourcesoftware
moet de verspreider de broncode verstrekken bij de
uitvoerbestanden van de software. Voor GPL en LGPL gelden
deze vereisten ook. Voor informatie over het verkrijgen van
de broncode van opensourcesoftware en voor informatie over
