Function
The outdoor flashing-light siren is a combination device for outdoor alarming.
It consists of a red flashing light and a pressure-chamber siren in a stainless-steel
protective enclosure.
Installation and Assembly
Caution: The installation and assembly of electrical equipment may only be
performed by a skilled electrician.
Place of Installation
?? The outdoor flashing-light siren should be installed at such locations that are well
visible, well audible, and are protected from extreme weather influences.
?? The enclosure should be installed so as to protect it from mechanical influences,
impact, direct access or similar. The minimum height recommended is 3 metres
plus.
?? The enclosure must be mounted at a minimum distance of 1.5 m from hot parts in
case of lightning strokes, e.g. eaves gutter, lightning conductor, downcomer pipe.
?? Install with the flashing light vertically upright.
Opening the Enclosure
Caution: Do not open the flashing light enclosure while the light is in operation. This
will lay bare dangerous voltage.
Open the enclosure with a screwdriver at the central screw.
Then, lift off the cover to the front.
Note: When the enclosure is opened, a sabotage signal is automatically triggered.
Wall Mounting
A drilling stencil (1:1) is attached to the outdoor flashing-light siren. It can be directly
applied to the wall for marking and pre-drilling.
Use the attached stainless steel screws for mounting.

Note:
Do not expose the outdoor
flashing-light siren to a direct
water jet,a steam jet cleaner or
similar.
For cleaning, wipe with a soft
cloth and cleaning agent (no
abrasives, no acid or similar).
