Problem
Appliance is not functioning;
light does not work
Temperature inside the
refrigerator is too high or too low

Note: gurgling and hissing noises due to expansion in the refrigerant circuit are normal.
Cause
Appliance is not plugged in
Thermostat has been set
incorrectly
Air
circulation vents are blocked
The thaw water drainage system is

Has the
appliance been installed
correctly?
Are the pipes at the back touching or
vibrating?
Solution
Plug the
appliance in the socket
Set the
thermostat
correctly
Clean the
ventilation
openings
Clean the thaw water drainage system
Check the
installation
Check it and move the
appliance
forwards
