Reversing the lid
The lid can be reversed to access the cooler from the other side when required.
HyCooler Pro 40, 50 and 60 Dual zone

The lid must first be released on the outer hinge side.

Open the lid at an angle of 90° and carefully pull it upwards on the outer side.

It will remain in the center pivot point until the lid is taken out, sliding it outwards.
–
First position the lid into the center pivot point, before placing it back.
HyCooler Pro 75, 95 and 115 Dual zone

Angle the lid at 90° and pull straight upwards to take it off.
–
Align the slot with the pin when reinserting it again.
Detachable cutting board*
Inside the lid a detachable cutting board is installed. The cutting board can be taken off and freely
used or placed on top of the lid. Rotate the locking knob 90° to take off, or store, the cutting
board.
Clean the cuting board after every use and leave it to dry before placing it back into
position.

Using the Powerpack (optional accessory)
At the bottom side of the cooler there is a compartment where an optional HyCooler Powerpack
can be installed. The Powerpack is a lithium battery which offers stand-alone operation, without
power supply, up to 24H.
The cooler will recognize the Powerpack automatically once installed. When the cooler is
connected to a 12/24V power supply in a vehicle, or a 110-230V power supply using the AC power
adapter, the Powerpack will be automatically charged.

Installing the Powerpack

Remove the compartment cover by pressing both release buttons at the same time.

Remove the battery connector protection cover inside the battery compartment. The
6-pin battery connector must be clearly visible (skip this step if no battery connector
protection is installed)

Slide the Powerpack into the battery compartment of the cooler, while pressing both
release buttons at the same time.

Release the buttons, the Powerpack is now locked and ready for use.
Using the Powerpack

Long press the power button on the Powerpack to switch it on. Long press the power
button on the Powerpack again to switch off the battery.

The power indicator will turn blue and the cooler will give a beep tone, indicating it is
ready for stand-alone use.

The power indicator will turn green when the cooler is connected to a 12/24V power
supply in a vehicle, or a 110-230V power supply using the adapter, indicating the
Powerpack is being charged.
–
The cooler can now be used stand-alone without power supply for up to 24H.
Remove the Powerpack from the cooler when it is left unused for a longer period of time.
