Start the installation only when the following conditions are met:
You are happy with the colour and dimensions and power output of the radiator, consult the technical
specification sheet for detailed information.
The radiator has no transport damage or visible defects.
The wall against which the radiator will be positioned has sufficient loadbearing capacity; this means the radiator and its water
content. The wall mountings supplied can only be used in brick or concrete. For other applications you must use the mountings
needed for the wall. Also make sure that the radiator is fixed to the wall using the brackets, improperly tightened nuts or bolts can
have serious consequences if the radiator comes away from the wall, don't just think of yourself but also about small children.
If you plan to equip the radiator with an electric heating element, you must observe the safety zones that apply for wet rooms;
they are there for your safety. These zones are indicated in the heating element installation guide, where this is possible.
If the radiator is used with electricity only, it must NOT BE 100% FILLED with water. Because water expands when it is heated,
a completely filled radiator can reach such a high pressure that the radiator housing becomes damaged or there is a danger of
explosion. The electric heating element manual explains how this can be prevented.
If you have any doubts about the feasibility of the installation, consult a professional, he will be happy to help.
THIS RADIATOR CAN ONLY BE FILLED WITH WATER WITHOUT ANY ADDITIVE, with the exception of
Fernox Protector F1 corrosion and scale inhibitor.
THE RADIATOR SHOULD BE EMPTIED AT FREEZING TEMPERATURES TO PREVENT DAMAGE.
