Frituurolie-tester & thermometer
VOOR WELK TYPE OLIE KAN HET APPARAAT WORDEN GEBRUIKT?
In principe kunnen alle frituurolieën worden gemeten met de tester - bijvoorbeeld: koolzaadolie, sojaolie,
sesamolie, palmolie, olijfolie, arachideolie en andere plantaardige oliën. Ook dierlijk vet kan met de tester
worden gemeten.
Afhankelijk van het type olie zal de TPM-waarde van de verse olie schommelen tussen enkele procenten, en
de maximale tijd dat de olie kan worden gebruikt. Zo heeft verse palmolie een hogere TPM-initiewaarde dan
andere oliën, maar de veroudering ervan verloopt veel trager.
HET EFFECT VAN ADDITIEVEN
De olietester is ontworpen om zuivere olie te meten. Als er additieven worden gebruikt, kunnen de resultaten
worden beïnvloed.
