Cleaning and sterilization procedures
Cleaning and sterilization procedure which is crucial for both the user's as well as the customer's health,

must be done before the first use, during every beverage renewal and at regular intervals. Thus the user will
obtain the best beverage taste balance and highest dispenser efficiency.
Make sure that the dispenser has been disconnected from the mains before the procedure.

Cleaning: Remove the bowl, remove the faucet hose from above pull it out, remove bowl seal, in case of
Spray models remove the magnetic pump, in case of Mixer models remove the palette, place them all in
warm water.

Sterilization: Sterilization process should be performed prior to the first use of the dispenser. Following this
operation the dispenser should not be stored or kept without being operated for a long time.
Wash your hands with a suitable antibacterial soap

5 liters of warm water with a disinfecting solution (100 PPM chlorine concentrate or prepared with two
spoons of sodium hypochlorite.

Let the parts sit for five minutes in the disinfectant solution.
•
Place sterilized parts on a clean, dry surface and let them dry.
•
Wipe and clean all exterior surfaces of the dispenser. Do not use any abrasive cleaner.
Removing the tap hose
Pull out the tap hose by pushing the tap lever up.
