8 ZOEKEN NAAR FOUTEN
De led POWER brandt niet
De Sunny WebBox krijgt geen spanning.
•
Zorg ervoor dat de Sunny WebBox correct is aangesloten op de spanningsvoorziening.
De led SYSTEM brandt continu rood
Trek de netvoedingsadapter van de Sunny WebBox uit het stopcontact en steek hem er na korte tijd weer in om
de Sunny WebBox opnieuw te starten.
Neem contact op met de SMA Service Line als het probleem door een herstart niet wordt verholpen.
De Sunny WebBox maakt geen verbinding via de DSL-router
Bij DSL-routers van sommige producenten kan de verbinding worden verbroken zodra de DSL-router overschakelt
naar de energiebesparingsmodus.
•
Schakel de energiebesparingsmodus van de DSL-router uit.
•
Gebruik de aansluiting "LAN 1" van de DSL-router, omdat de energiebesparingsmodus voor deze
aansluiting meestal standaard is uitgeschakeld.
De Sunny WebBox Assistant wordt niet geopend

Er is geen standaard internetbrowser op uw besturingssysteem geconfigureerd.
•
Definieer een standaard internetbrowser in uw besturingssysteem. Raadpleeg eventueel de helpfunctie van
uw besturingssysteem.
Er is geen internetbrowser geïnstalleerd.
•
Installeer één van de ondersteunde internetbrowsers op uw besturingssysteem.
De Sunny WebBox Assistant kan de Sunny WebBox niet vinden
•
IPv6 wordt eventueel door andere netwerkcomponenten (bijv. proxyserver, WLAN-router) niet ondersteund.
Sluit de Sunny WebBox met de blauwe netwerkkabel direct op de computer aan en herhaal de zoekactie.
•
De Sunny WebBox bevindt zich in een ander netwerkbereik, waartoe geen toegang mogelijk is. Sluit de
Sunny WebBox met de blauwe netwerkkabel direct op de computer aan en herhaal de zoekactie.
•
Een firewall blokkeert de verbinding met de Sunny WebBox. Schakel de firewall tijdens de inbedrijfstelling
uit of stel voor de vereiste verbinding (protocollen HTTP, UDP op poort 80) uitzonderingen in. Raadpleeg
eventueel de helpfunctie van de firewall en herhaal de zoekactie.
IPv6 kan in Windows XP niet worden geactiveerd
•
Er zijn beheerdersrechten op uw computer vereist om IPv6 te kunnen activeren. Start na activering van IPv6
de computer opnieuw op en start de Sunny WebBox Assistant.
•
Activeer IPv6 in Windows XP SP2 handmatig (zie gebruiksaanwijzing van de Sunny WebBox).
