9.4.1.3 Glass pane

Use the supplied glass pane cleaner to remove fingerprints from the glass pane(s).

9.4.1.4 Disassembly of glass pane in door
To remove the glass pane in the door, please follow the instructions below (see Appendix 2, fig. 7):
Ø
Open the door.
Ø
Lift the door out by sliding it upwards.
Ø
Place the door on a flat surface.
Ø
Remove the door sealing from the glass strips.
Ø
Remove the strips.
Ø
Lift out the glass pane. The pane seal is then also taken out.
When replacing the glass pane in the door, always replace the glass pane sealing (=sealing between glass pane

and door) and door sealing (=sealing between door and fire).
9.5.1.5 Assembly of glass pane in door
Assemble the glass pane in the door according to the steps described in paragraph 9.4.1.4. 'Disassembly of glass
pane in door', only in reverse order. (see Appendix 2, fig. 7):

Make sure the sleeve is placed at the bottom side of the glass pane.
!Caution

Avoid damage when removing/fitting the glass pane.
Avoid/remove fingerprints on the glass pane(s) as they will burn into the glass.
Do not fasten the bolts too tight to avoid breaking off and/or stripping: overtightening will cause breakage.
Place the glass pane (including new pane seal) with the logo to the bottom right.
Replace the insulating rope.
Insert both ends of the insulating rope in the supplied sleeve (see appendix 2, fig.7).
