Warranty period
The warranty period starts from the moment of purchase. It only applies to the first buyer of the
appliance and when you have purchased the Braza from an authorised dealer. The date of the
purchase invoice counts as the start date for the warranty.
• Wrong assembly (such as incorrect assembly yourself or drilling holes ) may still be added as
not under warranty.
• Wear and tear may be named.
• Hairline cracks in the glaze may be described as not under warranty. As a result of the
expansion and contraction of ceramic parts during heat cycles, hairline cracks, cracking or
superficial crazing may occur.
• If supporting warranty, contact the authorised dealer from whom the product was
purchased.
• Proof of purchase is required when claiming warranty.
• Emphasise that the warranty is not transferable.
