Introduction
The Expedition Plus Transport Chair is made with
a lightweight aluminum frame. It is light and can be
easily transported in a car or on trains.
The transport chair is ideal for occasional use in-
doors and outdoors with appropriate flooring or pa-
vement (e.g., shopping center, airport).
The maximum user weight is around 130 kg (ca. 286
pounds). An accompanying person is necessary for
pushing the chair when in use.
The Expedition Plus transport chair comes with a
built-in seat belt.

Assembly instructions
1. Unfold the transport chair by pushing the 2 si-
des of the sitting surface down. Ensure that the
transport chair is completely unfolded.
2. Pull the pushing handles up until there is an
audible snap. It is not securely locked until you
hear this.
3. Mount the foot rests as illustrated (picture
below).
Folding and transport
Note: Fold the chair by following the unfolding
directions in reverse order.
1. Press the release lever for the backrest and fold
it downwards as pictured.
2. Take the foot rests off.
3. Lift the transport chair by the seat and the chair
will automatically fold up.
4. The Expedition Plus is not suitable for use as
a seat in a motor vehicle. Users should always
use the vehicle's seat!
Footrest adjustment
Press the pins from both sides to adjust the foot
rests.
Parking brakes
The Expedition Plus comes with two parking brakes
which may only be used when the chair is standing
still. To operate the parking brakes, press the brake
handle down as shown in the photo. To release the
parking brakes, pull the brake handles back up.
