6. Troubleshooting
6.1 Directions, tips and warnings
The following can occur during normal usage and does not have to indicate an error.
Situation
Cooling or heating is
delayed.
The unit won't start
or there is no power
when pushing the
on/off button.
The unit makes little
noise.
Unit is not cooling
properly.
Noisy vibrations

Explanation/solution
The compressor is being protected by a delay of 3 minutes.
Check whether or not the plug is plugged in to the socket correctly.
Also check if the socket hos power at all.
The room temperature is lower than the set temperature in cooling
mode. Reset the temperature.
The water tank is full, drain the water by using the drain opening.
"Gurgling": normal - this is the refrigerant going through the unit.
"Beeping" norm al - this is the friction of plastic and metal parts
due to changing temperature.
The sound of the changing direction of air.
Check whether or not all of the doors and windows are closed.
Remove and/or disable all sources of heat in the room.
Check whether or not the air hose is attached to the unit properly.
Also check if the hose is being blocked by an object.
Clean the air filter and place it back properly.
The set temperature is too high, please adjust the settings.
Put the unit on a sta bie, flat and decent surface.
