Alle Scan-houtkachels zijn voorzien van een typeplaatje, dat de teststandaards en de afstand tot brandbare materialen aangeeft.
Het typeplaatje (Vermiculiet) bevindt zich op de top van de kachel.
Het typeplaatje (Keramische steen) wordt in het keramische stenen pakket geplaatst en moet aan de bestaande typeplaat wor-
den bevestigd.
