· The oil has gone o昀昀 or expired. Change the oil.
Check the oil packaging for its maximum usage
life, or reuse it a maximum of 10 times.
· The thermostat is set too high. Select a lower
temperature.
· There are too many ice crystals or too much water
in the oil. Remove any excess ice from frozen food
before dropping in the oil. Thoroughly pat dry
freshly cut potato fries after rinsing.
