9. With the MODE button (17) select PHONO options, the platter will start to rotate.
10. To flip the platter to the other side, first move the turntable arm from to the rest position.
11. After flipping the platter, proceed from step 3 of the above instructions.
12. When you have finished listening, move the turntable arm to the rest position.
13. Turn off the unit with the ON/ OFF button (16) by pressing and holding it.
Playback and saving to USB media:
For playback from USB media, the turntable arm must be in the rest position.
1. Connect the power supply to the power socket (19).
2. Plug the power supply into a wall outlet.
3. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB socket (18).
4. Press and hold the On/OFF button (16) to turn on the device.
5. Turn the volume power switch (4) and set the desired volume of the device.
6. Using the Play / Pause / Del (16) buttons, turn on or stop playback.
7. Using the Next Track / Previous Track buttons (14,15), select the track to be played.
NOTE: the device only plays MP3 format files.
Recording to USB media:
1. Insert the USB media into the USB socket (18).
2. Use the Mode button (17) to select the PHONO function.
3. Start playing a vinyl disc as described in the "Playing a Vinyl Disc" section of the manual.
4. Make sure the USB media is properly installed in the USB socket (18).
5. Press and hold the USB/REC/Bluetooth button (17) for 2 seconds.
6. You will hear a short beep to indicate the start of recording.
7. Press and hold the USB/REC/Bluetooth button (17) for 2 seconds to stop recording.
8. You will hear 2 short beeps to indicate the end of recording.
9. A RECORD0 folder will be created on the USB storage device and the file will be saved as mp3 at 128
kbps.
Deleting saved files:
1. When the recording is finished, put the arm back to the rest position. The recording will be played back
automatically.
2. Press the Rec/Bluetooth/USB button (17) for 2 seconds to open the folder with saved songs.
3. Playback of files in the folder with recorded songs from the USB storage device will begin. To delete the
currently playing file, double-click the Play/Pause/Recording/Bluetooth button (16).
4. You will hear 2 short beeps indicating that the recording has been deleted.
Playback via Bluetooth connection:
1. Using the USB/REC/Bluetooth button (17), select the Bluetooth function.
2. On the transmitting device, search for "AD 1915" and pair the devices.
3. When paired correctly, the device will beep.
When using this function, vinyl playback will be stopped. Track selection is made from the transmitting
device. The volume can be controlled from the transmitting device and the volume knob.
Maintenance:
Replacement of the phono needle:
Refer to Graphic D on page 3.
1. Lift the turntable arm up, taking care not to pull the arm out.
2. Gently pull the white needle cap back towards you as shown in the graphic.
3. To install, gently push the new needle in place of the old one.
Caring for vinyl records:
For best sound quality, replace needles regularly. One needle lasts for about 800 hours of playback.
Wipe vinyl records with an anti-static cloth before and immediately after use.
From time to time, wipe the needle with a very soft brush that will be moistened with alcohol to remove dust
