Place the platesetter on the grill rack. Place the stone on the platesetter. Place the pizza on
the stone (A).
Indirect cooking with heat deflector (option 1)
Place the platesetter upside down on the edge of the firebox. Place the stone high up on
the platesetter. Place the grill rack on the platesetter. Place the food on the grill rack. (B)
