Problem

Possible cause
The battery is discharged.
The power supply is not
correctly connected to the plug
socket or to the handheld
vacuum cleaner.
The HEPA filter is blocked.
The battery is discharged.
The dust container is full.
Overheating during charging
(>75°C) or short circuit.
Suction opening blocked.
Solution
Charge the battery of the handheld vacuum
cleaner (see "Charging the handheld vacuum
cleaner").
Ensure that the power supply is correctly
inserted into the plug socket and that the power
connector is correctly inserted into the charging
socket or charging base.
Clean the filters (see "Cleaning").
Charge the battery of the handheld vacuum
cleaner (see "Charging the handheld vacuum
cleaner").
Empty the dust container (see "Emptying the
dust container").
Disconnect the unit from the mains, let it cool
down and try charging again.
Clean the intake opening and filter.
