FONDUE
Thanks to the adjustable temperature you can prepare different
kinds of fondue in several different fondue pans: meat fondue,
cheese fondue, chocolate fondue or original Chinese fondue
(stock).
Fill the pan with the desired content (oil, cheese, chocolate or
stock) and put it on the heating base. Make sure the pan is not too
full and respect the minimum and maximum level indicated on the
inside of the fondue pan.
Adjust the temperature to the desired setting so that the content remains just under the
boil
For meat fondue, this is the "MAX" position; for cheese, chocolate or Chinese fondue
the position midway between "0" and "MAX" is sufficient.
Cheeses and chocolate must be heated slowly, otherwise the pan will boil over.
Stir regularly to obtain a homogeneous whole. Prick into the food only and to not
touch the pans with metal objects/cooking utensils.
WOK
Stir-frying in the wok takes place at a high temperature. Set the temperature control
to "MAX" and wait until the device reaches the correct temperature. Use a minimum
of (wok) oil. Cook food by constantly moving and turning with a wooden or plastic
heatproof spatula.
TO KEEP WARM
Each pan or heatproof dish can in principle be placed on the heating base to keep food
warm.
For this purpose, first adjust the temperature to midway between "0" and "MAX",
depending on the food to be kept warm.
CLEANING
Always unplug the appliance from the electric socket and wait for the content and the
heating base to cool off completely before cleaning.
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents. Never use sharp objects to remove dirt.
