Ensure that the segments are sufficiently cooled. The segments are suf-
ficiently cooled when the water is clear.
If there is a risk of frost, drain the water system.

Caution!
The diamond cutting discs, the spacer discs and the flange nut can
become very hot during use. You can burn your hands or get cuts or
cracks on the segments.
Therefore, always use protective gloves when changing tools.
Caution!
Disconnect the mains plug before working on the appliance!
Loosen the two wing screws (8) and remove the cover plate (9).
Loosen the hexagon head screw (11) clockwise (left-hand thread!) using the
ring spanner (SW 11), while holding the outer flange (12) with the second
ring spanner (SW 19).
Remove the hexagon head screw, outer flange and diamond disc.
To fit the diamond disc, proceed in reverse order Re-tighten the hexagon
head screw anti-clockwise.
When fitting the diamond cutting disc, ensure that the direction of ro-
tation arrows on the diamond cutting disc match the direction of rota-
tion of the machine (see direction of rotation arrow on the protective
cover).
Allow the machine to run briefly in the safety position. Stop work im-
mediately if the tool runs unevenly.
C a r e a n d M a i n t e n a n c e
Before the beginning of the maintenance or repair works
you have to disconnect the plug from the mains!
Repairs may only be carried out by specialists who are qualified to do so due
to their training and experience. The appliance must be checked by a quali-
fied electrician after every repair.
he power tool and the ventilation slots must always be kept clean.
During work, make sure that no foreign objects get inside the power tool.
If the appliance is defective, repairs may only be carried out by an au-
thorised specialist workshop.
