MANUAL OF INSTRUCTIONS
1. INSTALLATION
The reel could be installed horizontally, vertically on the cement pillar, cement wall or steel structure.
1. Take out the unit and accessories from the box.
2. Choose a suitable place near the power supply.
3. Take the mounting bracket as a template to mark the position for screws and drill four holes on
the wall. Fig.1
4. Fix the bracket by four 6*60mm screws accordingly.
NOTE: It is suggested to mount the reel approximately 1 meter above the ground.
2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mount and fix the cable reel on the support (on walls or floor). Ensure there is enough rotating
angle.
2. Turn on the power supply and power led comes on.
3. Pull the external end of the cable, the reel will give out a series of "click" sounds. Lightly take
back the cable and cable length is clamped.
4. After end of use, lightly pull the cable and then allow the cable to reel back under the spring
force of the reel until it comes to the position.
3. PRECAUTIONS
The cable reel should be mounted at the position with enough rigidity and properly fixed and near
the power supply connection.
The cable reel should be mounted at the indoor position that is out of children's reach.
If you cannot hear the "click" sounds when the cable is pulled out, please allow the cable to come
back by means of your hand touch, so that the cable limit position is locked.
Do not exceed the max. Load when using the product.
It is necessary to pull the cable while it is reeled back and prevent unexpected injury due to fast
reeling. Please do not try to reel the cable manually.
If the thermal protection device is heated, it should be cooled before resetting.
After use for some time, if the cable cannot be reeled completely, it should be pulled out completely
and be reeled again.
If the cable or any part of the reel gets damaged, return it to professional persons for repair. If the
whole cable reel becomes damaged, it should be scrapped.
