Possible cause
The lid is not fitted properly on
the stainless steel container.
The stainless steel container is
not seated properly in the base
station.
No power supply.
Whisk not fitted properly/
soiled.
Remedy
Make sure that the lid is prop-
erly fitted on the container.
Make sure that the stainless
steel container properly seat-
ed in the base station.
Check the power cord and
fuses.
Interrupt the preparation
action by pressing the
ZWILLING logo on the rotary
button. Remove the lid and
whisk and clean the whisk.
Then put everything back
together again.
