ARANTIEBESTIMMUNGEN

Als Hersteller übernehmen wir, die Firma SOG®Systeme GmbH& Co. KG, In der Mark 2, D-56332 Löf, für den Ventilator des von uns herge-
stellten SOG®Entlüftungssystems zusätzlich zu der gesetzlichen Gewährleistung des Verkäufers gegenüber dem Endkunden, eine Garantie
von zwei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum gemäß der nachfolgenden Regelungen:
Ÿ Im Rahmen der Garantie beseitigen wir an unserem Firmensitz nach unserer Wahl durch Reparatur oder Austausch des Geräts oder des/r
mangelhaften Teil/e unentgeltlich alle Mängel, die auf Material- und / oder sonstigen Herstellungsfehlern beruhen. Die Garantie entfällt,
wenn der Ventilator nicht bestimmungsgemäß genutzt wurde und / oder die laut Bedienungsanleitung notwendigen Pflege-
/Wartungsleistungen nicht vorgenommen wurden, es sei denn, die Nichteinhaltung der Wartungs- und Pflegeleistungen und / oder der
nicht bestimmungsgemäße Gebrauch ist nicht ursächlich für den zu behebenden Mangel geworden.
Ÿ Etwaige Versand- und / oder Transportkosten zum Zwecke der Durchführung der Garantieleistung werden von uns nicht erstattet / getra-
gen.
Ÿ Es ist möglich, den Ventilator bei einem autorisierten Händler zum Zwecke der Weiterleitung an unseren Sitz zur Durchführung der Ga-
rantie abzugeben. Hierdurch entstehen Ihnen keine Kosten.
Ÿ Die Garantiezeit beträgt zwei Jahre ab dem Kaufdatum. Maßgebend ist das Datum, an dem der Endkunde die Sache erwirbt. Für die
Durchführung der Garantieleistung ist es ausreichend, wenn der Endkunde den Garantieanspruch innerhalb der 2-Jahres-Frist bei uns
schriftlich oder per E-Mail geltend macht. Die Garantieleistungen bewirken weder eine Verlängerung, noch einen Neubeginn oder eine
Hemmung der Garantiezeit. Ausgewechselte Teile gehen in unser Eigentum über.

As manufacturer, we, SOG®Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, In der Mark 2, 56332 Löf, provide a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase for
the fan of the SOG® ventilation system manufactured by us in addition to the statutory warranty of the seller and in accordance with the fol-
lowing regulations:
Ÿ As part of the warranty, we will, in our premises, repair or exchange, as we see fit, the faulty device or faulty part free of charge if the fault
is due to a material defect and/or any other manufacturing defect. The warranty does not apply if the ventilator was not used as intended
and / or if the necessary care and maintenance requirements as detailed in the instructions were not met, unless the non-compliance
with the instructions regarding care and maintenance and / or the inappropriate use of the device is not the cause of the defect to be rem-
edied.
Ÿ We do not pay / reimburse any shipping and /or transport costs that arise in connection with the warranty work.
Ÿ The ventilator may be given to an authorised dealer, for him to pass on the device to us to carry out the warranty work. In this case no costs
arise for you.
Ÿ The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase. The date on which the end customer purchased the item is decisive. For us to
carry out the warranty work the end customer merely has to submit a warranty claim to us within the 2-year period, either in writing or
per email. The warranty work does not mean that the warranty period is extended, starts again or is suspended. Parts that we exchange
shall become our property.

ONDITIONS DE GARANTIE

En tant que fabricant, nous – la société SOG®Systeme GmbH & Co KG, sise: In der Mark 2, D-56332 Löf – assumons envers le consommateur,
pour le ventilateur du SOG®système d'aération de notre fabrication et outre la garantie légale du vendeur, une garantie de deux (2) ans à
compter de la date d'achat conformément aux dispositions ci-dessous:
Ÿ Dans le cadre de la garantie, nous remédions gratuitement au siège de notre entreprise – à notre gré en réparant ou en échangeant
l'appareil ou le(s) pièce(s) défectueuse(s) – tous les vices découlant d'un défaut de matière et/ou de fabrication. La garantie ne s'applique
pas si le ventilateur n'a pas été utilisé conformément aux prescriptions et/ou s'il n'a pas été procédé aux travaux d'entretien / de mainte-
nance nécessaires suivant le mode d'emploi, à moins que l'inobservation des travaux d'entretien et de maintenance et/ou l'usage non
conforme aux prescriptions ne soient pas à l'origine du défaut et/ou du vice à éliminer.
Ÿ Les éventuels frais de transport et / ou d'envoi occasionnés en vue de l'exécution de la garantie ne sont pas remboursés / pris en charge
par nos soins.
Ÿ Il est possible de remettre le ventilateur à un détaillant agréé pour transmission à notre siège et exécution de la garantie en ce lieu. Cette
procédure ne vous occasionne aucun frais.
Ÿ La durée de garantie est de deux (2) ans à partir de la date d'achat. La date d'achat de l'objet par le consommateur fait foi. Pour exécuter la
prestation de garantie, il suffit que le consommateur fasse valoir chez nous, par écrit ou par e-mail, le droit à garantie sous un délai de
deux (2) ans. Les prestations de garantie ne suscitent aucune prolongation ni recommencement ou blocage de la durée de garantie. La pro-
priété des pièces échangées nous est transférée.

ONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA

Oltre alla garanzia prevista per legge del venditore nei confronti del cliente finale, la sottoscritta azienda costruttrice SOG®Systeme GmbH
& Co. KG, con sede In der Mark 2, D-56332 Löf, concede sul ventilatore del sistema di ventilazione SOG® da essa costruito, una garanzia di 2
anni a partire dalla data nella quale è stato effettuato l'acquisto:
Ÿ Nell'ambito della garanzia rispondiamo pertanto dell'eliminazione di ogni vizio relativo a difetti di materiale e/o di costruzione. La garan-
zia viene espletata con la riparazione oppure con la sostituzione dell'elemento difettoso o degli elementi difettosi o dell'intero prodotto, a
nostra discrezione. Non viene prestata alcuna garanzia qualora il ventilatore sia stato usato in modo improprio e/o non siano stati eseguiti
gli interventi di cura e manutenzione necessari secondo il manuale per l'uso, salvo la mancata osservanza degli intervalli e/o l'uso impro-
prio non costituiscano la causa del vizio.
Ÿ Eventuali spese di spedizione e/o trasporto ai fini della prestazione della garanzia non vengono da noi rimborsate né sostenute.
Ÿ È possibile restituire il ventilatore a un rivenditore autorizzato ai fini dell'inoltro alla nostra sede per l'espletamento della garanzia. In que-
sto caso non si generano costi.
Ÿ La durata della garanzia è di 2 anni dalla data di acquisto. Determinante è la data in cui il cliente finale acquista la cosa. Per l'espletamento
della garanzia è sufficiente che il cliente finale faccia valere presso di noi il diritto di garanzia entro il termine di 2 anni per iscritto o tramite
posta elettronica. La prestazione di garanzia non produce una proroga, un nuovo inizio, né la sospensione del periodo di garanzia. Le part
sostituite divengono di nostra proprietà.
