Use a soft micro fibre cloth. Do not use
dry cloths. Use a mild window-cleaning
agent. Do not use aggressive cleaning
agents or agents containing acid or lye!
Do not use scouring agents.
Cleaning the grease filter
Fire hazard!
The performance of the extractor hood
is impaired by greasy residues and the
fire hazard is increased by the deposits.
To prevent the risk of fire, we recom-
mend regular cleaning of the metal filter.
With the glass panel open, hold the met-
al filter by the filter grips and pull down
until the magnetic contact releases. Now
pull the metal filter out towards the front.
Filter installation in reverse order. The
necessary cleaning of the grease filter is
also indicated by the LED display after
15 operating hours, the red LED on the
roof unit begins to light up – then please
clean the filter.

Switch off the extractor hood and pull
out the mains plug or switch off the
electricity supply at the fuse box.
Replace faulty lights through new ones
immediately.
Please cut the connection between the
extractor hood and the power supply
system!
The lightings remain hot for some time.
Please wait therefore for some time till
the lightings have cooled off.
After cooling-off the glass cover is to be
removed with a small screwdriver. Then
the lighting can be taken out. Please
avoid any skin contact with the luminous
means. After the exchange press the
glass pane lightly to a certain extent
(lock in of the pane).
Restore the power by inserting the
mains plug or switching on the fuse.
