Peak measurement
After switching on the instrument, the peak measurement can be activated by pressing the button
"REL/PEAK" for a longer period. This function increases the response time of the sensor, with
which quicker changes in light can be recorded. The peak measurement can only be carried out
in the manual measurement range. This function can be deactivated by pressing the button
"REL/PEAK" for a longer period.
Measurement units
The measurement values can be indicated in Lux, FC (foot candle) and Candela. To change the
unit, press the button "Lx/Fc/CD". To change to Candela, press the button "Lx/Fc/CD" for a longer
period. The distance setting for the source of light is possible using the buttons "UP" and "DOWN"
To switch back, also keep the button "Lx/Fc/CD" pressed for a longer period.
MAX/MIN/LS
Using the MAX/MIN function, the respective largest and smallest measurement value can be indi-
cated. In order to deactivate the function, press the button "MAX/MIN" as often as required until
the function required appears on the display, or until "MAX" or "MIN" is no longer visible. By
pressing for a longer period, "LS L X" (light source) appears and the different sources of light
(flashing character) can be selected using the "Up and Down" arrows and can also be confirmed
by pressing for a longer period.
