Removing/installing the blade
CAUTION Sharp parts can cause injury!
The blade of the manual all-purpose slicer is very sharp!
Handle it with care.
Remove the blade locking screw

It can be reinstalled using the same steps in reverse
order.

Lubricate the teeth of the blade and the crank drive with
a little cooking oil or fat.
When tting the plastic ring of the blade

Dishwasher can cause damage!
The appliance is not dishwasher-safe. Only clean the appli-
ance using lukewarm water and washing-up liquid.

Never immerse the appliance in water and never hold it
under running water.
•
Only clean the appliance using a damp cloth.
•
Clean the blade thoroughly at regular intervals.
•
To ensure that the suction feet have good adhesion,
clean them regularly.
Storage
Store the appliance in its original packaging, in a dry, dust-
free and cool place that is out of reach of children.
