Make sure the vacuum-mop is not in DND mode, as this mode will prevent it from
resuming the cleaning. Make sure you are not using the app to send the vacuum-
mop back to the charging dock, or press the dock button, or move the vacuum-
mop back to the charging dock, as these operations will stop the vacuum-mop
from resuming the cleanup.

Make sure there is enough open space around the charging dock and its charging
contacts are free of dust and other debris. The ambient temperature is too low
(below 0°C) or too high (above 35°C).
Make sure the vacuum-mop is connected to the network, otherwise it cannot
synchronize time and perform the scheduled cleanups. Make sure the vacuum-
mop is not in DND mode, as this mode will prevent it from performing a
scheduled cleanup.
Make sure the vacuum-mop is connected to the network and stays in the range of
Wi-Fi at all times.
Make sure the charging dock and the vacuum-mop are in the range of Wi-Fi and
have a good signal. Follow the instructions in the user manual to reset the Wi-Fi
connection and try to reconnect the vacuum-mop.
