For reasons of hygiene, avoid direct contact of the skin with the device wherever pos-
sible. It should not come into contact with skin that has had cream or oil applied to it.

A tingling sensation/itching during or after the massage is normal due to the circula-
tion-boosting effect.
1. Insert the mains adapter into an easily accessible socket.
2. Connect the mains adapter to the connecting cable on the device.
3. When used with foot part (7): Place your feet into the device and place them on the
massage balls (1) as you wish.
4. When used without foot part: Sit down on a chair with a backrest and place the device
on the part of the back you want.
5. Press the ON / OFF button (8) to switch on the device.
6. Press the button for Mode 1 (9) or Mode 2 (10). The massage starts. To switch mode,
simply press the corresponding button.
7. Press the Heat (11) button for the heat function to switch it on. Press the button again
to switch the heat function off again.
8. After 15 minutes the device automatically switches off. To switch it off sooner, press
the ON / OFF button.
9. Disconnect the mains adapter from the connecting cable on the device.
10. Pull the mains adapter out of the plug socket and clean the device if necessary.
Cleaning and Storage
PLEASE NOTE!

Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage
the surface.

Keep the device in a dry place at temperatures of between 0 and 40°C.

Make sure that the device is switched off and the mains adapter has been removed
from the plug socket!

Wipe down the device just with a damp cloth if necessary. Then wipe it down fully
with a dry cloth.
•
Do not wind the mains cable around the device or the mains adapter.
•
Keep the device in its respective packaging in a clean, dry place which is protected
from dust and sunlight and is not accessible to children and animals.
Disposal
Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner and take
it to a recycling centre.
Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner, it should not be
added to general household waste. Dispose of it at a recycling centre for used
electrical and electronic devices.
