Operating instructions cutting
guide with stop
The cutting guide is used for straight block
cut-outs or cut-offs,
following a mark applied to the block
previously (e.g. pencil line) (Fig. 1)
or by running the cutting guide along
a straight edge (e.g. a spirit level)
or by guiding the provided stop at the
desired distance (max. 25 cm) from
the block edge (Fig. 2)
Additionally, an angle of between 90°
and 45° can be individually set by relea-
sing and tightening the fastening screw
(Fig. 3).
To adjust and repeat the angle, a scale
with an arrow is provided on the cutting
guide (Fig. 1).
On the opposite side, there is an arrow as
guide on a mark applied to an insulating
block.
Assembling the cutting guide:
Attach the cutting guide with the assem-
bly adapter using the knurled screw with
which the angle can be adjusted and fixed
at both sides. The fasten the entire unit
in place using the two fastening screws in
the threads provided for this purpose on
the hand cutter. Assembly without tools
(as shown in Fig. 1).
Note:
The cutting guide is used exclusively in
combination with the 200 mm or 250
mm cutting blades. Do not use a profile
