All old appliances marked with
the symbol shown must not be
disposed of in normal household
waste.
In accordance with Directive
//EU, the appliance must be
properly disposed of at the end of
its service life.
This involves separating the materi-
als in the appliance for the purpose
of recycling as well as minimising
the environmental impact and neg-
ative effects on human health.
Take old appliances to an electrical
scrap collection point or a recycling
centre.

BATTERIES
Do not dispose of used batteries
with normal household rubbish.
Batteries must be disposed of cor-
rectly. For this purpose, retailers that
sell batteries and local collection
points provide containers in which
you can dispose of them. Contact
your local waste disposal company
or your local authority for more in-
formation.
In connection with the sale of bat-
teries or the supply of appliances
containing batteries, we are obliged
to draw your attention to the fol-
lowing:
As the end user, you are legally
required to return used batteries.
The crossed-out wheelie bin sym-
bol means that the battery must
not be disposed of with household
rubbish.
