• Once the meat has reached the target tempera-
ture set, a signal will sound.
• Remove the stainless steel probe from the meat
to turn off the signal.
Note – Automatic switch-off
If the temperature falls below 38° and the tem-
perature change is less than 2 degrees, the device
automatically switches off. To switch the device on,
simply press any button.
3.2 Using the timer:
• Set the slide switch on the back of the thermome-
ter to Timer. The timer and stopwatch function
works independently of the temperature sensor.
• Timer function: Press the arrow buttons to set
the appropriate time (max. setting of 99 minutes
and 59 seconds)
• Press the Start/Stop button to start the count-
down. As soon as the countdown reaches zero,
a signal sounds. To turn off the signal, press the
Start/Stop button again.
• Press the MIN and SEC buttons at the same time
to reset the timer function to zero.
• Stopwatch function: Press the Start/Stop
button to start the stopwatch.
• To stop the time, press the Start/Stop button.
• Press the MIN and SEC buttons at the same time
to reset the stopwatch function to zero.
4. Cleaning:
• Clean the stainless steel probe with water and a
mild cleaning agent after each use.
• Only use a damp cloth to clean the device.
• Not suitable for dishwashers.
