its operation.
Always pay attention to all safety instructions. Should you have any questions or be unsure about

Proper use
This device consists of a motion detector with transmitter FD2B and a wireless chime with receiver
FD2G. The transmitter has a unique coding which is already enrolled to the receiver. The set can
be extended by additional transmitters (FD2B or doorbells FD2K) as well as wireless chimes
FD2G. The infrared motion detector reacts to the movement of persons within its detection range
and sends a wireless signal to the receiver. The receiver responds with a flashing light or with an
selectable chime sound.
The appliance is designed exclusively for indoor use in private households. The motion detector is
powered by two AA (LR6) batteries or by a USB mains adapter 5 V DC, min 100 mA. The wireless
chime is to be connected to a 230 V AC, 50 Hz mains outlet.
Any other use or change of the appliance is improper use. No liability shall be assumed for
consequential damage as well as damage which is caused by improper use or incorrect
operation.
This appliance is not intended to be used by people (including children) with restricted physical,
sensory or mental capacities, or a lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are
supervised by, or receive instructions how to use the appliance from, a person responsible for
their safety. Children must be supervised in order to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
