8.9 Inching mode
In inching mode, you can specifically move to all processing
positions of the machine.
Prerequisites:
– Machine is in start position and is switched on.
– One of the stripping grades 1 to 15 must be set.
► Switch the machine off.
► Open the front flap (figure 3.1, 3).
► Remove the wire-end ferrule belt.
► Shut the front flap.
► Keep the touch display pressed.
► Switch on the machine.
Machine is in inching mode and shows the touch display
"Inching mode start position".

The bottom part of the touch display (figure 3.1, 4) is touch-
sensitive. You can use the two arrow keys to move the ma-
chine mechanism forwards and backwards.
Back to start position:
► Move the machine mechanism by pressing the arrow
keys forwards and backwards until the start position is
reached.
Or:
► Press on the hand symbol for 3 seconds.
The machine automatically moves to the start position (B).
► Switch the machine off.
► Insert the wire-end ferrule belt.
► Switch on the machine.
