USING THE APPLIANCE
Potato peeler
1. Place the motor section (5) on a flat
surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and
make sure it is standing firmly.
2. Place the bowl (3) on the motor
section's drive shaft and fit the grater
(4) into the middle of the bowl.
3. Pour approx. 4dl cold water into the
bowl so that the outer edge of the
grater is covered. Do not cover the
grater itself with water.
4. Rinse/scrub the potatoes to loosen
any earth on them. Then place a layer
of the potatoes on the grater with a
little distance between them.
5. Close the lid (1) and locking using the
lock button (2).
6. Connect the plug to the mains socket
and switch on the appliance using the
on/off switch (6).
7. Allow the appliance to run for approx.
2 minutes until the potatoes are peeled.
o There may be loose peel on the
potatoes. If so, rinse a couple of
potatoes under the tap to see if
they are peeled.
o Peeling time will depend on e.g.
the quantity and shape of the
potatoes.
8. Close the lid and allow the appliance
to peel again briefly, if necessary.
o The appliance must never run for
more than 4 minutes.
9. Switch the appliance off at the on/off
button and remove the plug from the
mains.
10. Carefully lift the bowl off the motor
section. Take care: Water can escape
from the hole in the middle of the
bowl. Tip the potatoes out of the bowl
and rinse thoroughly.
