8. Guarantee and maintenance
We garant you 2 years of unlimited manufacturer's guarantee (from the date of purchase) on all
BioGreen products. The guarantee does not include damage from external forces, incorrect use and
failure to observe these instructions for use, cleaning and maintenance work.
The manufacturer does not accept responsibility for any damage caused by frost, insufficient heating
performance for the room dimensions or insufficient heat insulation.
Important note
Only authorised specialists may open or carry out work on the device while taking into account the
valid repair regulations. Only original parts may be installed.
Guarantee for perfect function and operational safety can only be granted with correct installation and
handling of the device. This is also valid with regard to the legal regulations concerning technical
working materials and the valid accident prevention regulations.
Please complete the enclosed guarantee and information card in the event of a guarantee claim!
