SEALING TIME CONTROL
Press "+" or "-" on the right side of the Control Panel in order to increase or decrease the sealing
time. In order to obtain the perfect sealing time during every use, the time should be programmed
between 3 and 9 seconds.
NOTE: The time adjustments should always be made with the top closed.
VACUUMING LIQUIDS
1.- Select a vacuuming bag and fill it with the liquid or sauce of your choice.
2.- Place the bag containing the food inside the bell so that the open side of the bag is fastened
firmly with the locking system and ALWAYS above the sealing bar.
3.- Close the top and the machine will begin with the vacuuming process + automatic sealing.
NOTE: In order to avoid damaging the suction pump, the liquid level should always be
below the height of the sealing bar. It is recommended to freeze the liquid before carrying
out the vacuuming process.
