Safety system
The device has several safety measures that will shut down the stove when operation may
not be safe. The device will automatically shut down in the following cases:
•
When tipped.
•
When it fails to ignite with a flame.
•
By being struck or colliding with another device.
To start it up again after it has been switched off:
•
Check carefully if there is any damage.
•
Wait 5-10 minutes before starting it up again.
5.PLACING THE DEVICE
It is important that you place the device on a flat-surfaced floor and away from walls.
Whenever the device is being used, its heat-emitting element must be directed towards the
centre of the room. Keep the device away from materials susceptible to combustion:
•
The device must be at least 0.5 m away from the room walls.
•
Keep the device's heat-emitting element at a minimum distance of 2 metres. Fig. 2
6. COOLING
It is necessary to ensure the adequate ventilation of the room the device is located in. For the
purpose of a proper disposal of combustion by-products generated during operation. Refer
to the table below to ensure a ventilation that's suitable to the room and the device's power.

7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Shut off the gas supply.
•
Allow the heater to cool down completely before cleaning it.
•
Never attempt to clean the device while it is in operation.
•
The stove should be checked annually by qualified personnel to ensure safe operation
and to detect any possible faults.
•
Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to clean the product.
•
Use a soft, dampened and clean cloth to clean the product's exterior housing.
•
If the stove is not to be used for a long period of time, store it in a dry and safe place
where it is protected from dust.
•
