1.
Once the stove is on and the gas selector is in position 1, turn the selector clockwise to
position 2 to light the second panel and to 3 to light the third panel.
2.
When you have finished using the stove, turn the gas selector counter clockwise to the
OFF position and close the regulating valve to shut off the gas.
Warning
You must close the cylinder valve to turn off the stove completely. It cannot be turned off only
by means of the gas selector.
Leakage test
This test should be carried out in a well-ventilated area where there are no open flames or
other sources of ignition.
1.
With the regulator connected to the gas cylinder, open the gas-cylinder valve to open
the gas.
2.
Clean the connections from the regulator to the cylinder and from the hose to the
cylinder valve with a mixture of equal parts detergent and water.
3.
The appearance of bubbles is an indicator that there is a leak.
If a leak is detected, follow the instructions below:
1.
Close the cylinder valve.
2.
Disconnect the regulator from the gas cylinder.
3.
Move the gas cylinder to a cool, outdoor, well-ventilated place.
If no leakage is detected, follow the steps below:
1.
Gently rotate the canister to fit the regulator and hose inside the device.
2.
Put the rear panel back in position.
Warnings
•
Do not use the stove if you detect a leak.
•
Do not use an open flame to perform the leak test.
•
Do not use any electrical appliance in the presence of a gas leak.
Changing the gas cylinder
•
Close the ga-regulating valve and allow the heater to cool down completely before
changing or removing the cylinder.
•
The procedure for changing the gas cylinder must be carried out in a flame-free
environment.
Warning
•
Do not attempt to remove the regulator while the stove is in operation.
•
Do not change the cylinder in flammable environments.
