Installation
Remove the old PSU form the system case.
Firstly, draw off all plugs that are connected to the mainboard and other
components inside the PC from the PSU. Now turn the screws, at the back side
of the case, to left to loose the PSU.
Take out the old PSU form the case carefully and next replace it with your new
FSP PSU.
Install the new PSU
Set the new PSU into the intended position in the case and turn the screws
supplied to right to tighten it. If the new PSU is equipped with modular cables,
please insert all necessary cables into it. No need to insert cables that are not
intended to be used.
Insert the 20+4/ 24-pin ATX power connector to the
correct 24-pin mainboard connector through the housing.
1
Insert the 8-pin connector to the mainboard. If your
mainboard only has a 4-pin connector, then use the 4-pin
connector or split the 8-pin connector in half.
2
Some graphic card has two 6-pin or 8-pin connectors, while
some graphic card has a 6 pin and a 8-pin connectors.
However,6+2 pin connectors can meet all the situation.
By using the other two pins besides the 6-pin of the
connector, it will become a 8-pin connector.
