To switch the device off, slide the operating switch (1) to the "Off"
position.
Lift the cutting attachment off of the waste bin (5).
Empty the bin.
Place the cutting attachment back onto the waste bin (5).

Slide the operating switch (1) to the "Off" position.
Switch the on/off switch on the back of the device to position 0.
