During the phase of the first filling of the tank, the water must stop entering once it has reached 1cm
above the level of the tank plug (C2).
Water must be distributed at high pressure from all nozzles. The rotating washing (C6) and rinsing (C7)
arms must be able to rotate without obstruction under the effect of the water pressure.
The temperatures of the rinsing water and the washing water must correspond to those indicated in the
paragraph "Operating temperatures".
At each cycle, the metering units must pump the exact amount of rinse aid. Check the liquid levels in the
tank and, if necessary, fill it to the brim.
The pump suction filter must be clean. At the end of the cycle, the dishes, perfectly clean, must dry
practically in an instant by evaporation, when the basket is removed.
OPERATION
Place the basket in the tank, close the door. The duration of the cycle is indicated on the technical sheet.
Pour the recommended amount into the bowl.
If the product is in powder form, it must be distributed evenly in the tank, avoiding to deposit it in a single
corner and then stir the water with a utensil. The product must be of the industrial type with little foam.
Press the Start button (A2), until the cycle indicator light (A6) goes out, the washing cycle is finished. The

Washing advice
Store the cups and glasses in the respective basket (B) by turning them downwards. The machine can be
equipped with different basket models, which can optionally be stacked, according to the requirements of
the user.
Place the small plates in the special basket provided with support rods, the inside facing up. Place the
cutlery and spoons with the handle down. Avoid putting silver or stainless steel cutlery and spoons in order
not to brown the silver and to avoid any risk of corrosion of the stainless steel.
To save detergent and electrical energy, we recommend washing only once the baskets are full without
overloading them.
Avoid stacking dishes. In order to minimize the maintenance of the machine, it is recommended to clean
the paper dishes, food beforehand, if necessary, soak the dishes in soapy water.
