Possible cause

Solution
Verify that the plug has been cor-
rectly put into the socket.
Empty the drop / used pod col-
lecting tray.
Lower the pod loading lever and
correctly put the pod in.
Fill the tank with fresh, drinkable
and non-effervescent water, then
charge the hydraulic circuit again.
Put the pod in.
Wait until a suitable temperature
is reached.
Lower the pod loading lever.
Fill the tank with fresh, drinkable
and non-effervescent water, then
charge the hydraulic circuit again.
Pre-heat the cups by supplying
hot water to them.
Wait at least 20 seconds after the
