Thank you for buying our BEABA ZEN Connect video baby monitor. You will soon be able
to see and hear your baby remotely via your smartphone. But firstly, we invite you to
read these instructions carefully in order to use our product in the best possible condi-
tions and keep it for as long as possible.
I. WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Read and keep these instructions.
Take account of all the warnings.
1. WARNINGS
TO AVOID THE RISK OF STRANGULATION, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO CHECK THAT BABY
CANNOT REACH THE CAMERA WIRE. PLACE THE CAMERA AT LEAST 1 METRE
FROM THE CHILD. DO NOT ATTACH THE CAMERA TO BABY'S BED.
ATTENTION: to avoid the risk of explosion, electric shocks, short-circuits, and
overheating:
- Do not immerse the camera or charger in water and do not clean it under the tap.
- To avoid overheating, do not cover the baby monitor with a towel, a blanket, or any
other object.
- Do not touch the plug's connectors with sharp or metal objects.
The charger may become hot if used constantly. This reaction is normal and should not alarm you.
2. Precautions for use
- Use this appliance only for the purpose described in this manual.
- Position the camera in such a way so as to have the best view of your baby. Place it upright on a
flat surface, such as a chest of drawers, or a desk, or fasten it to the wall, a handle, etc., by winding it
around or using the support provided for this purpose.
- TO AVOID THE RISK OF STRANGULATION, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO CHECK THAT BABY CANNOT
REACH THE CAMERA WIRE. PLACE THE CAMERA AT LEAST 1 METRE FROM THE CHILD. DO NOT
