Finally, fasten it onto the outer side from behind.
Tip: The tighter you tension the Stabilo strap, the better the stabilising effect.
For stabilisation with a raised inner edge of the foot, e. g. after twisting the
foot inwards. Viewed from the rear, the strap points inwards.

Guide the Stabilo strap on the outer side of the ankle joint forwards diagonally
over the metatarsal downwards to the outer side of the foot.

In the next step, guide the strap through underneath the sole of the foot to
the inner side of the foot.

Then, draw the Stabilo strap upwards from the inside diagonally over the
metatarsal to the outer side of the ankle joint again. Raise the inner edge of
the foot slightly here.

Finally, fasten it onto the inner side from behind.
Tip: The tighter you tense the Stabilo strap, the greater the stabilising effect is.
Removal
Start by loosening the Stabilo strap guided around the foot. Then, grasp the lower
edge of the support and take it off by pulling it downwards over the toes.
Tip: Close the Velcro fasteners in order to avoid early wear to the Velcro surface.
