Assembly and dismantling instructions for the operation valve

Cargo Floor type CF300 and CF150

You have received a operation valve from us to replace a defective one. We request you to
follow the instructions given below exactly in order to enable this replacement to take place as
quickly as possible and without any problems:
•
The total dismantling / installation time for the old / new operation valve shall not exceed 1/2
hours.

Tools required:
• Open-ended spanner 32, 36, 17 (for no. 17, 2 units);
• Allen key 8
• Drip tray (bucket);
• Copper grease;
Important information:

Guarantee shall only be given with the prior consent of Cargo Floor B.V.!

The pump and electrical installation must always be switched-off; in addition, the hoses and/or
pipelines between the pump and the Cargo Floor should also be disconnected.

Check the oil level after installation;

Check/replace the filter press;
