Switching on / off
The heating / ventilation / air conditioning or chilled water
plant is switched on by your HVAC specialist.
Operation can be switched via:
• Time switch settings
• The operation selector of the time switch
• The operation selector of a logic block
Selection of On or Off via the operation selector allows
the time switch or logically connected switching actions
to be overridden, depending on the configuration made.
When Auto is selected, the plant operates depending on
the configuration in accordance with the time switch or
the logic function programmed by your service engineer.
Note:
Interventions of this kind may only be made by specially
trained staff who will assume responsibility.

When the plant is switched on, the control system
operates automatically based on – for example:
• The 7-day time program
• The demand-dependent program
• External commands delivered via the signal inputs or
internal switching functions
