CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Make sure you regularly empty the dust container and clean the filter
•
Keep the device over a bin and press the unlock button of the dust
container.
•
Remove the filter holder from the dust container and beat them clean.
•
If the filter is very dirty you can clean with a brush, a vacuum cleaner, or
rinse with lukewarm water.
•
Never immerse the device under water, the device and the various parts are
not dishwasher-proof.
To remove batteries
•
This device is equipped with rechargeable NiMH batteries.
•
NiMH batteries can be harmful to the environment and can explode when
exposed to high temperatures or fire. Always remove the batteries before
the device surrender to a government designated collection point. Remove
the batteries if they are completely empty.
•
Loosen the screw at the bottom of the device and remove the battery by
cutting the connecting wires to the battery. Deliver batteries at an official
collection point for batteries.
•
Charge the device by using the supplied adapter and charger. During
charging, the adapter is hot, this is normal.
•
Never block the outlet openings during vacuuming.
•
Never vacuum flammable liquids.
