❐ If you would like to use a contact medium other than the enclosed gel, please ensure that
the contact medium is preferably water-based.
Environmental conditions
❐ Do not subject the device to extreme temperatures, severe changes in temperatures,
direct sunlight or moisture.
❐ Do not allow the device to fall and do not subject it to strong percussions.
❐ Maintain adequate distance to heat sources such as stovetops or ovens.
❐ Ensure that there is no risk of the device falling in water.
Damages to the device
❐ Check the device for damages prior to each usage session. The device may not be used if
it exhibits visible damages. Do not use the device if it malfunctions or has fallen down.
❐ In the event the unit is defective, do not attempt to repair it yourself. In the event of
damage, contact the customer service (see section "Customer service").
Cleaning and storage
❐ Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the appliance. They could
damage the unit.
❐ Only clean the housing of the device with a damp cloth. Then wipe it off completely with
a dry cloth.
❐ Regularly clean the silicone electrodes that come into contact with your skin with a
damp cloth to prevent leftover gel or residues etc. from being deposited.
❐ The devices and belt are not suitable for machine washing.
❐ Keep the device in a dry area at temperatures between 0 and 55 °C.
Warranty provisions
Defects caused by improper handling, damage or attempts at repair are excluded from the
warranty. This also applies to normal wear and tear of the individual components.
