Problem
The device is
neither turn-
ing on nor off
in auto mode

the blue status

Possible cause
The light sensor (4)
does not recognise
day / night cycles
because it is cov-
ered.
The light sensor
may be faulty.

Remedying
Make sure that
there is at least
10 cm between
the device and any
surrounding objects
and walls.
Flip the switch (5) to
the 0 position and
place the device
in a dark room or
cover it completely
and flip the switch
to the II position.
If the device turns
on, then the light
sensor works. If not,
contact customer
service.
