Intended use
HOMESHADOWS is a home security system that projects
•
shadows onto walls, curtains and blinds to simulate the
presence of an occupant.
•
The device is intended for generating shadows on cur-
tains, blinds and walls, not as room lighting.
•
The device is intended for private, non-commercial use.
•
Use the device only as described in the operating instruc-
tions. Any other use is regarded as improper use.
•
The guarantee does not cover any defects caused by im-
proper use, damage, or attempted repairs. This also ap-
plies to normal wear and tear.
Safety instructions
Please read all safety instructions, technical data and
other important information to avoid hazards.

Only use and store in closed areas.
■
Do not use in areas with high humidity.
■
Never immerse the device and its connection in water or
other liquids, and ensure that they do not fall into the water
or become wet.
■
Should the device fall into the water, immediately
disconnect the power supply. Do not try to pull the device
out of the water while it is connected to the mains!
■
Never touch the device or connection with wet hands if
these components are connected to the mains.
■
The device should always be unplugged before cleaning.
